2) You can never take any beat downloaded from buyhiphopbeats.blogspot.com and resale it in exact form after downloading it. The beat purchased from buyhiphopbeats.blogspot.com must have lyrics from the user through a substantial part of the song created from KemboBeatz materials.
3) The artist will always own the copyright to the lyrics that they have possession of.
4) You can use non exclusive beats produced by KemboBeatz for demos, mixtapes, myspace, facebook, youtube,  or any media applications royalty free.
5) you cannot recreate any beat from buyhiphopbeats.blogspot.com and claim it to be yours.
6) KemboBeatz has the right to release any of the music on buyhiphopbeats.blogspot.com for sale at anytime unless Exclusive rights are purchased.
